SAP-PROPERTY is a private company with a share of Austrian capital dealing with preparation and execution of investment projects as a developer/the investor. The company was formed as a member of the SAP-PROJEKT Group as the one specializing in a developer's role. According to the modification of the shareholders structure of SAP-PROJEKT which was a purchase of the SAP-PROJEKT's shares by Tebodin BV Holland, SAP-PROPERTY was capitally excluded from the SAP-PROJEKT Group although
there have been personal relations between partners and Management Boards' Presidents until the end of 2005. My developer's experience reaches years followed by changes to the Polish economical and political system. Already between 1986/1987 I was a negotiator and an organizer of the first Polish Joint Venture company - LIM which completed the already initiated construction of a complex which Mariott hotel is currently a part of. As the PLL LOT Deputy Managing Director I was negotiating with banks the project's funding on terms of "Project Finance" and a contract for the Mariott hotels network management. During 1989 - 1991 I was organizing the Warsaw's developer's company Holding-Wars. From 1991 to 1996 I worked as a director for developer's activities for theAustrian Bau Holding company at the developing of the following projects:
Board President and as a business partner for the SAP-PROPERTY, where Mr. Aleksandar Gerö was the President of the Management Board. Mr. Gerö still remains the company's active shareholder. Almost his whole life of Mr. Gerö was involved in the developers' activities. USD 500 million. In mid 90's he has connected with SAP-PROJEKT Company and has initiated a new phase of his business career and not only as a developer but in a double role of shareholder-developer. Considering the company's experiences in executed objects as well as the partner's personal experiences along with my own the company is very well prepared to undertake execution of various projects. In case of larger projects exceeding SAP-PROPERTY's possibilities we have partners prepared to be capital included. |
