Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa (Housing Co-operative) WOLA started its economic activity on 1.01.1979. It owns buildings in three residential areas: Bemowo I/II, Bemowo IV and Górce and two buildings in Mokotów in Rzymowskiego and Niegocińskiej Streets. The stock for the end of 2001 included 190 buildings with the total usable space of 6141.4 thousand sq m.
Since 1992 it has been carrying out investments financed out of own capital of the future users. Using this system, it has built 44 buildings consisting of 1912 apartments. Presently, it is carrying out investment projects called 'Budy' in Górce residential area and the second stage of 'Kluczborska – Zaborowska'.
In Bemowo district, in Powstańców Śląskich Street, the Co-operative offers for sale or renting service space of 2800 sq m and 400 sq m with the possibility of dividing it into smaller modules.
