INPRO is one of the leading developers operating at the Polish Baltic coast and abroad. The company is a private limited liability entity established in 1987. Its owners are the following three men with university education in construction industry and long experience in the trade:

Managed from the beginning by the current owners, INPRO started its operations in the town of Kartuzy. At the initial stage of development, 1987-1990, the company was involved in design and preparation of construction projects. During those years, INPRO gradually won over its customers owing to the presentation of increasingly better technical, technological and construction capacity at exhibitions and a professional approach to formal and legal matters as well as to the development of technical documentation for the projects. The number of completed projects kept rising, and these included housing estates with service outlets and garages, industrial facilities and office blocks. It is in those years that INPRO underwent significant changes.

Recent years have seen dynamic development of the Company. Export to Germany and the majority share held by INPRO in several construction companies enabled INPRO to expand its operations, a fact demonstrated by yet another list of contracts and projects now under way. Among them, prevailing are residential and shopping/office buildings. Conspicuous are projects such as the construction of the building for the faculty of law and administration of the University of Gdańsk and of the sports hall for the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk.

Large diversity of offers put in by INPRO for projects ranging from small to large in size, meeting customer requirements (both in relation to the design and the time for project completion), high quality of production and services as well as continuous improvement of modern design solutions seem to guarantee interesting future for the Company.
