The investor of this 26 ha housing community is a company called Spartan Development S.K.A. Two-storey homes of the floor area from 160 to 250 square metres standing on the plots measuring from 700 to 1000 square metres will define the landscape of Sycamore Hill. Apart from the residential buildings Sycamore Hill Village will also have its own sport facility, delicatessen and a garden centre. The area will be guarded and its residents will have access to such facilities as the gym, the Internet and a playground for children.
