Safe Apartments

Our apartment development consist of 7 individual buildings of 3 to 6 floor height. The architecture of the building harmonizes together with managing of inner area of apartments. Front wooden elements and facades, green sections at pergolas and in flower-beds create the unique atmosphere of comfort and rest.
Large balconies and terraces but also gardens in the apartments placed at the ground floors allow to have a rest in the warm afternoons and evenings. Children can play at ttwo playing yards situated in the calm, inner apartment yards. To ensure the feeling of safety to inhabitants, the area of apartments is separated with fence and adjusted to Security Unit service.

In our premise there are 269 apartments from 1-5 rooms. All of them have balconies and terraces or green gardens. Inner planning foresees separate, light kitchens with the optional possibility to join it with living room. Large windows with wooden carpeting make the apartments full of light.
