We started the building of residential district in Niepolomice city at Grunwaldzka Street – it is a complex of detached houses established as three groups of ribbon development plus one standalone house. The district is scheduled to be compound and secured by monitoring systems.

The houses were designed as the objects having usable attic space, no-basement design, three different living area variants are available. The living segments functionality is based on traditional solutions as follows:

At the first floor there are located the rooms dedicated for daily functions – here you can find kitchen, living room, dinning annex, sanitary and auxiliary area, and a garage.
On the second floor there are sleeping rooms, bathroom and clothing room located.
The above mentioned residential district is located nearby city centre, at very quiet street located close to Kopiec Grunwaldzki (Grunwaldzki Mound – a historical monument). This residential district is situated in very attractive location, surrounded by nice single buildings.
We used high quality building materials to create this object. This include high quality ceramics, stainless steel and excellent woodwork products.
